FUll Payment is required to begin work on all orders. 

All shoes must be checked in via TheSneakercleaners.com

All orders must be picked up within 7 business days after you are contacted for pick up. a $5 weekly storage fee is applied per pair on the 8th business day. We are not responsible for any unaccounted orders for after 30 days. Unaccounted orders will be donated or disposed of after 30 days.  We are not responsible for any color bleeding or damages. some sneakers are not able to repaired and The Sneaker cleaners reserves the right to refuse any customer for any reason. Shoes 10 years of production date or older will show natural decomposition. We recommend all sneakers this age have a sole-swap PERFORMED prior to use. There is an up-charge of $40 per pair for any BIOHAZARDS, such as blood and or any human or pet fluids.  The Sneaker Cleaners is a registered trademark. any use of this trademark must be approved with notarized written consent by ‘The Sneaker Cleaners LLC’.
